Drag the Slider to See What's Possible
Real jobs, real photographs, taken on site by RM Lee. Drag any slider to see the same room before we started and after we finished, from cellars in Bingley, Selby and Shipley to plastering in Wakefield.

Bingley Cellar to Kitchen and Dining Space
A cellar in Bingley opened up into a full kitchen and dining space, with a timber breakfast bar, pendant lighting and the original stone wall left exposed as a feature.

Selby Cellar to Games Room
Dug out, waterproofed and finished into a games room. The before shot shows the floor mid-excavation, which is where most Yorkshire cellar conversions genuinely start.

Shipley Cellar to Family Lounge
A storage cellar in Shipley turned into a warm family lounge with wood-effect flooring, a media wall and enough space for a full corner sofa.

Leeds Cellar to Living Room
Storage space and an unused treadmill replaced by a proper sitting room, complete with a log burner and a window bringing real daylight into the space.

Shipley Cellar to Bathroom
Proof a cellar is not limited to dry rooms. Fully tanked and plumbed, this Shipley basement now holds a tiled bathroom with a freestanding bath.

Wakefield Cellar Strip Out and Replaster
Stripped back to bare stone, damp-proofed and fully replastered to a flat, paint-ready finish, the same plastering work we take on as a standalone job.

Halifax Cellar Excavation to Underground Motorbike Garage
Full groundworks in Halifax to dig out and create a brand new underground garage for the customer's motorbikes. We cleared and levelled the site, laid a new concrete base and formed the access, giving them secure, dry storage for the bikes below the house rather than a cellar sitting empty.

Hebden Bridge Cellar Between the Canal and the River
This job sat with the canal on one side and the river on the other. We applied slurry tanking and then the waterproofing system with a double pump. This cellar flooded regularly, and we sorted it.
